poison should have a grounding affect like 
because I think it would make him more applicable in team fights in sense of usefulness. is just man who just needs some game play updates and maybe a change to his ult.

As a Singed main, absolutely fucking not. That is way too much power on the trail. Maybe make the goo ground but that's it aside from maybe reverting the last couple ult nerfs.
At first I was gonna downvote, til I realized you meant the Grounding effect for his Q instead of W.

is a suitable item for Singed and you still want to add the Grounding effect for this....)
