Replace Blind Pick mode with a Casual Draft mode; good idea or not?

The suggestion:

  1. Remove Blind Pick. Fighting over who got what role in chat is chaotic and it is very easy for players to instalock a position without calling it, often leading to having bad team composition (i.e. two players in a solo position, no adc/support bot lane) when a majority of players are trying to practice playing with/against standard positions and team compositions.

  2. Introduce a Casual Draft mode to fulfill the needs that Blind Pick used to cover. Champion selection would be handled the same way as in Normal Draft, but there would be no bans and both teams would be able to pick the same champion (as it is in Blind Pick). This would make Casual Draft the go-to matchmaking method for practicing a new role or champion (especially new champion releases, which are much harder to pick in Normal Draft mode between bans and having one champion per game), and everyone would get a fair shot at getting their desired role instead of racing to type their desired position in chat and hoping no one instalocks that position.

  3. [Optional] Rename "Normal Draft" to "Advanced Draft" or "Ranked Practice" to avoid confusion.

That's what I'm thinking should happen.

Thoughts?
