Kalista 5.22 Passive

Okay, so the new wording for the passive is strange It now only scales with attack speed even though they've mentioned the fact the movement speed only changes it so slightly you can't even see the difference why do I find a noticeable difference in hopping when hit with movement slows? Tested with Aatrox's e Maybe I'm not understanding what they are trying to accomplish or maybe I just don't understand what affects her hop but they should really clarify things..
