Can draft pick have what Teambuilder had but with roles?

One of the pros of teambuilder was that your MMR would slightly differ based on the champion you're playing. I think it would be nice if the same was done for teambuilder but with roles instead of champs (because you pick a role before queuing rather than a champ).

Also, for ranked I would like to see additional sub-ladders that are role specific. So you have a general one like now, but you'd also be able to see who is the best at ADC, top, etc. Perhaps the overall ranking should be mainly based on your best role but influenced by others if they are near your best.
