the tribunal is useless

this tribunal is literally the most useless thing ever and this remake system is bullshit i got a low priority que because my game crashed and it got remade before i could get back in and then riot will never remove low priority or bans its just stupidity and i honestly hate it does anyone know how i feel we need to stand up to riot and just tell them they need to fix this bullshit and actually take what we say into about for example i lost a skin because my friend gifted it to me but riot had an issue with his credit card it was resolved and he even got some rp because they saw they were wrong but then i messaged them about it and explained i knew the whole situation because he told me but the only answer they gave was i cannot disclose his personal information after i told them i had already known and he had told them that i knew i still don't have the skin and riot wins again honestly they need to listen to the people or this game is going to crash and burn one day some of the pros streamers and you tubers are even leaving it because they know its just a bullshit game
