Like to be honest here, the guy winrate dropped and he can't bully anyone in lane anymore special if he against a champion that using the new stone and just poke him back with true damage.

And worst of all champions like who was from the champions that able to counter him or 1v1 him now just run over over him and deleted him from game as the true damage on jax is already broken.
