Champions that Need Reworks or Nerfs.
BEFORE YOU DOWNVOTE OR RAGE OR WHATEVER YOU DO: This is just my opinion. So keep this in mind. However, I do believe some of you would agree on what I have to say (I've wanted to make this post for awhile so I'm purty excited).
Okay, now that's outta the way, let's start with champs that need reworks (with my explanation, of course):
Oh Rengo. This guy right here gives all ADC/squishies Leukemia. His kit right now is very unhealthy and has no counterplay. But Rito already knows this so imma keep this one short. My ideas for his rework: I couldn't think of anything. I mean if you want to keep his Predator like kit without making him cancerous... man that's going to be hard. But Ik u can do it Rito.
I've seen this guy in so many patch notes. Nerfs, buffs, etc. I mean he's been through too much. In my OPINION, I think that's a good sign for a rework. Because that shows that a champions kit is so weird/overpowered that it needs to be changed. My ideas: Make him an actual juggernaut. Because right now he's too squishy. Like give him a less damaging kit but give him more tankiness.
"Don't chase Singed. Just. Don't." His kit just doesn't fit in the current state of the game. What do I mean by that? Well, as everyone knows, Singed is a tank. Tanks, of course, are suppose to soak up damage for their team and be the frontline. But he isn't like that. Instead, he does damage for his team because he's so reliant on his Q to be useful to his team. Therefore, Singed is reliant on his Q and has to follow a linear build path. I mean I've never seen a Singed build full tank because they are so reliant on their Q. This probably doesn't make any sense, but it's really hard for me to explain. Just his kit doesn't fit. My ideas: Make him a more tanky top laner. Just remove the Q entirely and replace with something else. Something with damage but at the same time, utility. So he would have more of a presence in a team fight (did I spell "presence" right?)
Rito already knows about this guy so there's no point to go in depth. He's unappealing and if someone has to play against him it's extremely frustrating and anti-fun. My ideas: Maybe his ghouls can be an ult instead? So you can at least control it like a Shaco clown. I saw Yorick players would seem to like to be able to control his ghouls.
Now with the Nerfs. And oh boy, I got a_ few_:
Okay before I get into this imma say this: NO IT'S NOT ABOUT HIS MOBILITY (oops spoiler). It's about his damage. Lee sin has too much damage in his kit. All the damage items you need for the rest of the game is

. My ideas: His Q and ult have percent health damage. His ult also has high base damage but at the same time has a 200% ad ratio. So I think his Q should have a nerf on the percent health damage and his ult should simply have much lower base damage (since the ratio is already high. plus 2 many Lee Sin skins Rito).
Hmpf. I really hate this guy. With a burning passion. This one may have more bias than the other champs I listed because of my hatred. Anyway, he has way WAY too much mobility. He has too much damage. He has too much emote spam. He has too much of a troll laugh. HE HAS TOO MUCH EVERYTHING. He's strong early, mid, late, and after game. And you know what I hate the most? I have to respect a good Zed player. Because he takes a good amount of skill to play correctly. I can't yell in "all" chat saying "ZED IS SO FACEROLL LELELELEL" (Only to Katarina's and Master Yi's I do that in a less, annoying way). My Ideas: remove his W passive. Nerf/revert the range on his W. Pah, remove him from the game for all I care. Also his passive should not apply to minions, makes farming with him early game too easy. Ahh, and also nerf the damage his multiple Q's does on one target. I think that makes him really strong atm.
......Jk. However, he would love a visual makeover. He looks like he has to vomit all the time. Hell, he looks like vomit. Remember when that shirtless bundle came out a few months ago and Crabgot was avaliable for 1 rp :')?

He doesn't NEED a nerf. I just thought that I should post my idea that would make him less better during his laning phase (too strong imo). Makes his turrents do less damage to a single target. Like if 3 turrets are out they should have their damage reduced to one target if they are all focusing on that one target. Get what I'm sayin'?
Where the fuck is his cigar?! You give him a rework but still no goddamn cigar. I guarantee you Rito if you made a skin that had Graves cigar in his mouth everyone would buy it. Same classic splash art... just with a cigar. Would be a legendary and cost 1820 RP. No no but seriously, this guy does too much damage. Sure you could kite him. But if he gets point blank to you it's a one-shot kill at level 18. My idea: Subsequent pellets that land on one target does 10% less damage (minimum 30%).
Garen, honestly, can be easily kited. But his ult... the true damage omg. I was playing with one of my friends one time he was
... got ulted. 1200 true damage. Simply put, his ult needs a nerf imo.
Ehh... don't worry. I know a lot of people would disagree with me. But her ratios are wayyy too high for being a juggernaut. Plus her E is so anti-fun. Imma say this though, her ult needs a buff. Because as of right now... all I need to do is use mah sexy legs
to just walk out of her ult. And she can't do anything about it.
Too much mobility. Her W is like Zed's W but on some serious 'roids. I think maybe give it less range?
