My personal opinion but ...

I kinda feel like if riot wanted to keep the spear of shojin passive effect ... it should have gone onto the conqueror keystone instead ... Keystones to me should aid in extra damage or be strong in utility.. Not having a utility effect for precision would have been good ...

i also feel like the current Conqueror + shojin is way too strong and thats the reason its created balance issues for champions such as Riven and Jax..
