riot are you dumb? why did you change IP to blue essence? Before Season 8, we would earn ip no matter win or lose game. But now we get 0 blue essence even win the game, how do we buy the new champions? Riot do you want less and less people to play league?

Before Season 8, we couldn't earn XP no matter if we win or lose the game.
