Ranked Queues need some change

I think if you're in your promo you should always be put with people** who are also in their promos**, this will make queues longer but its worth the wait, because people rarely troll when they're in their promo and they will always try their hardest to win its frustrating seeing people going 0/3 in lane and calling ff at 10 minutes and you're in your promo while he has nothing to lose but his LP. i think this will make promo games more challenging because you have 5 people in a team trying their hardest to win, rather than 1 tryhard and 4 people who just don't give a :)
