Regarding wording /functioning of "energized attacks"

So I'm wondering... On "energized attack" items like kircheis, statikk shiv, rapid fire cannon.. • The charging of the attack is not a unique passive, would stacking these multiply the "charge" rate?

• On kircheis, statikk, and flame C, the unique passive's all go under different names. Should you not be able to buy one of each resulting in 3 simultaneous energized attacks? OP
