the q tweaks were nice, but it still doesn't change the fact that empowered q is your main damage (that doesn't kill you), and that all your moves are telegraphed enough that you don't hit an enemy champion unless they let you, other champions get to pick their engages , Vladimir has to wait for a "window of opportunity" that the player for the most part has no control over. Furthermore, his e is less a defensive spell and more a "i don't want to die right now so ill pay 20% of my current health instead" button, because Vlad is squishy, and has really low range he is easily harassed or killed in lane, especially top lane where champions like riven, jayce, and irelia dominate these champions (especially with these lethality changes) can all in you and leave you dead or dying as early as level 4. i love this champion, i really do i don't enjoy any other champion as much as him, but there are too many points in the game where all you think is "there is nothing i can do here" when playing him, and i was excited by the 7.4 changes but they are not enough.

Probably not. I read somewhere a few months ago that he is gonna be slated for a VGU. It's the excuse these Developers give when they cannot be bothered to do any work on a champion that isn't Ryze or a new champion. They don't care one bit right now. Maybe in a few years.

I knew 7.4 wasn't going to be enough. It helps players trying to pick up Vlad. It doesn't help Vlad players, who are still performing poorly, at all.

Making it so people can't a-move into you coming out of pool and get 2 free autos off before you can cast anything would be a start.

making W heal based on pre-mitigation damage would be cool

Making W scale worth a damn would be cool

Making CR's MS bonus not feel arbitrary and pointless would be cool.

Not losing CR stacks when someone enters a brush would be cool

Not taking damage while in W sometimes from non-DoT/tether abilities would be cool

How about removing the pointless self-slow on E?

I just don't feel like playing him right now at all, pre-rework you could all kinds of shit and have fun with him. Now, you can't even push a fucking lane without needing to move half the map to get the right angle in to hit the creeps. And it doesn't help that you start at 13 sec cd with his E at lvl 1, which is just plain dumb, considering it doesn't even to that much dmg, so you're left with 1 fucking spell in lane to do something and you can't even Q anyone because its telegraphed by your bar. They fucked him up for me and they get a bonus for fucking up the Q animation on blood lord vlad, you can't even see it anymore, whereas before it was big and awesome.
