Why we need this: a) Fiora b) A way for tanks to negate CC and make focusing you even more detrimental c) Because we don't want to be struck by LeaverBuster in the middle of teamfights
Possible balancing issues: a) Finding the right amounts of MR and armor to balance out such a powerful active b) Irelia c) Making it a viable option for tanks, making anyone who builds it lose something in return for the item
- An item that builds out of

, and
that acts as a thornmail for spells, except it only returns damage once it has absorbed enough damage. Once the damage is released, the % damage reduction shield is gone, making it a good opportunity to attack then.
Why we need this: a) MR itemization is extremely limited b) A way to punish mages for mindlessly flinging spells into fights c) Its synergy with some tanks (Maokai, Sion) creates unique itemization
Possible balancing issues: a) May prove to be abusive in a meta where team fighting is crucial b) Adjusting damage values c) Providing meaningful windows of opportunity while rewarding its use
