Why does the client keep selecting preset rune pages??

Every single time I use champion select to create a new rune page (AND saving it) why does the client automatically lock in a preset rune page? Why doesn't it redirect to the rune page I JUST made?

There's literally only one reason why and it's absolutely bullshit. The only reason why this would happen is for Riot to say "Oh just in case you were making a rune page for a champion/set up you're not immediately playing". Who the hell does this in champion select? NO ONE makes a rune page in champion select without the intention of using it. Editing an existing rune page sure, but one I JUST made? No, that makes absolutely no sense and is not applicable ever.

Just LET US DELETE THE PRESET RUNE PAGES ENTIRELY
