I pretty much like them both Kat is op and Syndra is op. I'm just looking for a champion who is like kinda supporting but getting a lot of kills. I have 4288 ip rn so I'm thinking should I save up for Syndra or Kat? I want to see if these champions are good for a adc player like me. I don't want a champion who dies very quickly.
Kat would be the least useful.
Syndra would be better in a support role because she has CC, including slow and stun.
Both of those champions die very quickly. Lol

But honestly if you're looking for a different kind of carry/support champ, I wouldn't recommend either. Try out 
or 
Zilean is an excellent support. Ori trades a stun for a shield but has a far superior supporting ult.
Elaborate on "kinda supporting". Do you mean that the champion must have a way of supporting from range or going into the fight when someone else engages.
