It has been multiple episodes where I get put into 5 low matchmaking ratings of 20 mins wait for the period.

You are losing bulk users because of this feature. I understand why it is there. But I also understand why it shouldn't be there.

There is a lot better technology these days to know who is not wanting to play vs who is actually not able to play.
