Let Tahm Kench be able to devour Red & Blue buff ffs

Like why is Riot so against this kind of change? At least it'll give Jungle Tahm Kench some breathing room for fast clearing, plus, why is he not allowed to do this when camps can be insta-cleared/steal or be able to pick it up & thrown for damage ?

"Too big to fit into his mouth". But when he devours a 6 stack Lulu-ulted Chogath, that's ok huh.
