Can the "bounty hunter" mastery get the "Rengar treatment"?

Something that shows which champions you have killed (altho it'd be nice if it was on the tab scoreboard screen - Rengar's thing popping up all the time is actually super annoying and I wouldn't want that on EVERY champion I play).

Triggers on "whenever a champion you damaged in the previous second dies" rather than "on kill" (bounty hunter mastery is SUPER FUCKING ANNOYING when people steal all the kills).
