PLEASE don't go into a Ranked if you have high ping / keep DC'ing

I'm going to say this in a civil manner despite how i'm really feeling:

I understand if it happens now and again ... I really do. People might have high ping one game and that's fine, it gets the best of us. But what i'm not okay with, is when someone ques up / goes into a Ranked knowing they're having issues with their connection or the internet period. I just had three games in a row where people tried to play with bad ping and suddenly, they DC for minutes before coming back in ...

Please. Don't. Play Normals or fix your stuff. Don't make us suffer because you want to risk. I forgive those who go AFK at the start because least we can remake. But those who play a bit, but constantly DC'ing or can't play because of ping ... you guys, are tearing me and others apart.
