Switch Featured Gamemode Champ select to Current Champ Select

Literally zero reason for it to still exist in featured game modes now that featured game modes are a weekly regular thing, ESPECIALLY when the thing lags like crazy, doesn't end champ select after a missed ban, and gives all 3 bans to one person.
