A curious thought
Hello, I may of been not the best person in the community
(Apparently savage comments such as "you twat" "fuckhead" "fuck you, you troll." "C'mon, don't be a dirty little shit." comment on explaining how some people are retarded trolls, more than the standard troll, comment sarcastically to the most fed player that they can't figure out "simple" problem solving "GOML" even though our nexus were blowing up, comment GG ez noobs, thx for win.) And I may not be the best at the game
(jumping between Silver 2/Silver 1 currently, casual player 2 stronk.) But there's one thing I've noticed...
Supports have it rough when it comes to getting high grades in the S - A area. Not only do we have to play a near perfect game (we can't make as much mistakes, as our KDA feeds into our rating, and seeing how we don't get as much farm, that also affects our status), but it's just not catered to all the role's to what specifically they do. Let's give a broad example. The game caters to specific stats, and some of which don't touch such areas as much as most. (Ex: Jungle might not farm as much as the solo laners.) So, is there a way for the game to figure out whether someone is doing something right or wrong? Like... I'unno if my voice will be heard, but I just see solo laners that essentially not even participate in much of the game(like, their score is 4/6/1), but the support that goes 1/4/10 (out of like... let's say 15 kills total, and win.) and the solo laner will somehow score an S-. and the support gets a whole letter lower (A-). I'm just so confused to WHY. Like, can anyone really explain it to me? If supports are going to have such high standards, why wasn't that explained? Not only is it already hard to try to do what's right as your carries simply go off and feed and you can't do much to help, but it's also hard trying to do what is right (without knowing what is wrong.)
Sorry for the ramble, I just see that support is extremely hard when people throw themselves at the other team to give them extra gold and you can't play standard supports because of it.
