Can't roit help with high ping cause by long distance from their server location?

As we know, the only roit server in US is locate in Chicago, and the closer we are to Chicago, usually better the ping. But some of us live far away from Chicago(For example: People in Florida, California, Washington). I hope roit maybe can help us who are in places far from Chicago. Some of us ask roit support for help but it wont help...
