Game should end at two/three inhibs down

Not sure why super minions are so powerful, they literally end the game. I feel that when one inhib is down its a decent penalty to incur on the losing side. However when two are down, the game might as well be over. I know statistically there is always a chance. But, why is there so little chance? I kind of would rather the game be over at that point. Should a team really be allowed three waves of super minions? There is no point to the game at that point. Its nice when you have them on your own team. But trying to deal with them I feel like I have a lack of options. Maybe zzrot and banner should have home base buffs? Thoughts. At the same time i can see someone saying if you were outplayed to the point that you lost two inhibs you should lose the game, but I think that is also sort of my point.

Pretty sure Vitality are glad that the game doesn't end at 2 inhibs down...

I've come back with all inhibs down, no nexus turrets, and half health nexus crystal before- multiple times actually

When two inhibs are down, theres a pretty good chance the game is going to be over within 5 minutes so it's not a long wait if it as as bleak as you seem to feel, and if the game isn't over at that point there's a pretty good chance for a comeback since it means the enemy team couldn't close out in spite of two waves of super minions.

Similar reasoning is really why I feel like surrender shouldn't even be an option in most situations. Far too many people don't know how to play from behind because they just give up, and tons of winnable games get surrendered as a result.
