Riot's understanding of balance is laughable

So a champion can just point their mouse at you and do 1600 dmg in 1.5 seconds. Yeah, I am looking at right clicking champions, sorry, I meant marksmen. How is it fair for a single right click to be more rewarding than landing your skillshots? Either remove all targeted abilities or remove all skillshots that are meant to do damage (Better do this, there are fewer champions that rely only on hard to land skillshots to deal damage, I just happened to choose the wrong champions to main, I could have mained ADC and had no complaints for the rest of my life), why should the enemy have the chance to dodge all of my damage but have 100% chance of dealing his own? Of course, the average ignorant league player will say "Why don't you play that champion?" or if he doesn't say that he will say "CRY MORE, I'M JUST BETTER THAN YOU". So I am basically supposed to lower myself to their level and play the same easy champions? Fuck preferences, fuck having fun, fuck actual fair champions, all that matters is winning the game even if you don't deserve it. And it's not just marksmen that are retarded, champions like Vladimir, Akali, Malzahar, Katarina and a full roster of them are just as bad, they are the kind of champion that can just look at you and can decide if you are dead or not, Akali wants to kill you? She is gonna jump on you and kill you, and you can't do anything against it, of course, the average retarded league player will say "Just stay with your team" but until it's time to walk around with your team the game won't be fun for you, or Vlad, he can just out trade you cuz he can never miss his Q, nor does he have resources, nor does he get punished if he misplays thanks to his "GET OUT OF JAIL FOR FREE" card, W. Somewhere in the middle are the champions that have skillshots but aren't so hard to land, like Taliyah, her Q is a skillshot, but it has a crazy hitbox and if you miss one you can move and land the rest, and she does shit tons of damage, plus a lot of utility, this is why she is top tier, and honestly I should just start maining her. Anyway, the conclusion, the game is balanced by a bunch of retards, this is why you won't see Xerath or Lux only mains in challenger (Froggen is neither, so don't mention him) because the game hates skillshot champions, the rule of thumb at Riot is "The easier a champion, the stronger we must make him"

This has been a huge text block with no structure, but bothering to make something better would be a waste on you guys, the boards are useless anyway, league players (all part of the same herd of sheeple that play the champions I talked about) are only here to disagree with whoever says something true, if you ask something on the art board about who made a certain splash art (one of the redeeming things about this shitty game) nobody is gonna bother to answer, because you can't throw mud at people in there. And I just wanted to rant, not make a discussion, because it is pointless so I'm not gonna read the replies anyway, here are the replies I am gonna get "I stopped reading at that part where I disagree with because I am stupid", or "You are bronze, l2p" (although division doesn't mean shit in a game that rewards picking an easy and op champion over being good at the game, and also, I reached D2 on my main account so that reply is out of the question).
