"Quest" tab in Collections.

In the collections tab we should have a minitab to keep track of all mini quests in league. Like the Icon miniquests for darkstar and the old bildgewater event. Shows the MSI results.

Maybe there could be a notification whenever new quests appear so that people who DONT look at the home page know about them,
