Warlord's Bloodlust as a Summoner spell?

Hello fellow nerdling.

Right now the only damaging summoner-spell in League of Legends is Ignite, wich is a DoT* debuff (damage over Time) Not very fun and interactive i'd say. Just clicking on an enemy and making them burn a few seconds.

Now, imagine Warlord's Bloodlust as a summoner-spell. A little life-steal means staying alive longer. And staying alive longer means more damage. Some AD carrys and top-laners would benefit very much from an on demand lifesteal-boost. They would have to predict when they are about to loose too much health and would maybe even make the "ADC in 2017"-problem a LITTLE bit less worse
