Support giving mana
Riot should make support with give mana spell.. thats my opinion

Soraka's E did that before her rework. I'm not sure how powerful it was, but there's probably a good reason it wasn't kept.
That reduces support to a mana battery. And as much as other roles thing we're here to be your personal servant, it's not our job.
