ELO and Matchmaking

This may seem like a really toxic and stupid request but, as a player. I see no fun in having to play with players in incorrectly placed elos for more than a month. So far, my ranked rank is Silver 4. During normal/ranked matches, I am playing with players that are either in this elo but have an (in reality) elo of much lower. Or just a) boosted players (That do not know how to play the game) b) Matched with players that have an elo much higher than me (Or an "in reality" elo much higher than me). and c) have players on my team that have a much lower elo. At this point, for the past 20 games or so, I have been matched with teammates that have a similar elo but have an "in reality" elo of much much lower.

I do know that making a matchmaking system and Elo is difficult and that it is also very difficult to judge a player's skill level and place them in a correct elo. In the end the main problem is that, whether you win or lose a game is not important. What is important is that the matchmaking is correct, players should be match-made in games with players that have a similar level.

My issue is that, I am being matched with players with similar or higher elos, but have teammates that are lower or considerably lower in elo (whether it is the fixed elo or the "in-reality" elo)

I would also like to point out, for a certain period of time, I started playing Kayn. This lead to my elo dropping. Which is normal because I didn't really understand how to play him. This trapped me in a vicious cycle because my elo dropped, I was being placed with players in "that" elo. But as I am not of a standard where I can pull myself out of this "trap", I am just stuck with playing with this level of players. This should not be a thing, and is also why many bronze players complain about their games. A large portion of Bronze 5 players, should be in a higher division, but because their Elo sticks them with players that are of lower elos than them. It is very difficult to climb out of it. These players do not have the level of skill to carry an in-balanced elo teammate(s). This is especially true in my case.
