Overpowered Kits in League
Before i get into my list I would like to mention that an overpowered kit for the most part does not make an overpowered champion. These are just kits that are either overloaded or just have everything a champion needs. (This is my Opinion)

Azir: While lacking a bit of burst which most mages have, Azir is a tank shredding DPS teamfight engage lane bully mage with a shield and dash to survive some assasins in lane. Being AP also makes him itemize some of the most broken items in the game such as nashors, rabadons and zonyas.

Qiyana: An assasin with decent burst, rly good roaming and a powerful teamfight ult. Enough said.

Morgana: She has all the necesary elements for a support such as peel, engage and a cc immune for the ADC. Not only that but the ability to itemize the AP items and zonyas in particular while basically 1 shotting anyone without mr with a q w r early game and with a single r and then w later on.

Kai Sa: Enough said, shes a high dps adc with really good burst 2 mobility spells, an invis a shield and the ability to itemize 3 overtuned AP items nashors, zonyas and rabadons. To top it off shes not that hard to play.
ADDITIONAL:
- Current Diana: Basically a better version of qiyana, she has the ability to itemize overtuned AP items, she beats most AD champs in an auto off along with the insane teamfight engage insane 1 shot all while being point and click and easy to play. Only thing she probably doesnt have is the escape of qiyana
There are more champs on this list but these are the ones I have tried out and played alot in the case of Azir QIyana and Kai sa or just champs i see frequently like morg. Again these champs arent all necesarily overpowered but what do you guys think about these insane kits?
