Hope you enjoyed that. I feel like my comms were 100% appropriate, as usual, and LoL's tribunal is pathetically weak and ineffective. Should I have limited chat for TEN games?! Obviously not. That's why when I was banned a couple years ago, I got $700 refunded for denial of service. slow clap tribunal still failing.

First: The Tribunal is no longer active. Chat based toxicity is dealt with by the Instant Feedback System.

is an actual crime, Fraud. You lost the right to the money when you bought the RP and it was given to you. You then exchanged the RP for unlocking content (that you have no actual ownership of) in the Store.

Call me crazy, but I see a lot of insulting language and general condescension in this log, and that's not acceptable behavior. I would call this an accurate suspension that you may simply not agree with, as your personal standards may not be a match for the League standards.

Well, I didn't know they changed the name so, fine, Instant Feedback System.

Regardless, I still completely disagree that my language was reason for punishment (I don't think anyone checked it, just that the system is set up when someone reports you regardless of a valid reason, you get punished). That leads to a lot of false positives, probably more false positives than there are true positives. It also allows for pre-made teams to game the system whenever they get butthurt. Lastly, I would argue the language is accepted by the FCC probably as TV-14 or some similar rating.

I'm not going to provide legal advice, but suffice it to say when a vendor makes it impossible to access something you purchase, you have the right to refund which in most cases will supersede something like a ToS. Consumer fraud is something completely different because it must include a misrepresentation of fact to benefit the individual/group. I feel like Tribunal has nothing to do with your concerns.

Ya you pretty much are providing evidence of your own guilt, and you seem to struggle with understanding physical ownership and software licensing. You do not actually own anything in the case of online licensing, just access.
