A little more "useless" buffing.

This isn't a flame post like everything else.

I genuinely like playing Ashe Support, and the fixes / buffs you c=gave her E helped with that. A time ago you also reverted Annie's attack range, allowing my whole off-meta Discord server to put ADC Annie back into play. ( I played it and she's so much better with the range revert! )

Could we have a few more of those so we can enjoy playing more champions in other areas? Possibly a base attack damage or attack speed buff for Zoe would be in my favor.
