Volibear OP?
Me and a friend have been arguing over Volibear and if he is OP or not. What do you guys feel? If you feel he is please explain why. Thanks.
Edit: i am on the side of believing he is not OP.

only in bad elo where people don't know how to kite him relentlessly
Voliber is far from OP, he is indeed extremely strong but his kit also coutners himself: he scales off of ap but favours an ad bruiser/tanky build. Also he's pretty telegraphed and is easy to work around, meaning that even though he's got some of the best damage (for tanks) in the game he still can't quite pull it off most of the times. I would like if riot "reworked" him into a juggernaut since he fits extremely well both the fantasy and the design of one.
So in the end Voli is strong but since his kit relies on others for the most part and counters himself: voli is not op, just strong.
He's strong but definitely not OP. Super easily kited
he wins 1v1 auto wars for sure. but at tne end of the day hes either kited and destroyed or hes running rampant on your face.
He has no gap closers and he has to be on top of you to do anything.
If you let a fat, slow bear get on your face, you deserve the death and the loss.
