Thanks for the Kassadin Love @Riot

I love Kassadin, but his early game was too weak and was too easily beaten before hitting 6 due to not being able to fight till that point. So this buff has helped greatly for his survival and damage. Hopefully, Kassadin's E will be the next ability buffed.
