Recent change to Cait

Why didn't Caitlyn get Graves new passive? I love 360 no-scope headshot 2 times a second as much as the next guy, but it's kind of unrealistic if you're farther than arms length from them...... (If you wan't to hit anywhere near accurately.

Just saying Caitlyn has a deadly combination of range and abilities that take advantage of her Headshot passive. Without any kind of attack speed cap.

The net seems a bit unnecessary to prock it too....... Discuss.
