Instead of nerfing Ez dmg why dont you solve a real issue?

His 1 sec cd on it. that allows him to abuse 3F and IBG procs so much and so safe. This is what makes him annoying not thta he can hit one out of 10 Q's to do dmg. Doesnt matter how bad i am at the game if m ability has 3 sec cd cooldown that drops to 1 regardless of what i hit with it.
