Here's what we need

The problem we had with the old solo q was because everyone go by the rule

"Pick Order"

In high elo:

Players know each other pretty well, because they'll likely just play with the same people often, so they have no problem with Pick order Matter of fact, more higher elo complain that they get their priority role less now

But in low elo, you will play with a lot of different people but with very much alike issues such as being bad or feed or afk

The most problem we hate the most was not being able to get our role in Solo q, so Riot decided to make this new Que thing that allow us to pick our 2 most role we play, instead of just doing that they added Dynamic que and which at first give people so much advantage because these 5 premade would destory non-premade.
