Thornmail Phrasing

Upon being hit by a basic attack, reflects damage back to attacker equal to 25% of your bonus armor plus 15% of incoming damage

The incoming damage does not specify what it means by incoming damage. Is it magic only? physical only? true only?

According to the wiki it is:

Reflects 15% of the physical damage taken (+ 25% bonus armor) from basic attacks and on-hit effects back to its source as magic damage (Calculated before any resistances or reductions are taken into account).

Also can we have Thornmail have another effect to reflect 20-50% of true damage recieved from basic attacks as true damage due to the increased price and nerfs of armor items?

Can we change the Thornmail recipe to like 3 chain vests with 50g combine or something.
