Soraka please

reduce her healing OR cooldown on her heal. Nobody should be able to be healing 300+ hp on a 2-3 second cd with max cdr, (maybe less cd) and have an ult that does another 600+ heal on top of that. You can say "oh she dies so easily though", no she doesn't, any decent soraka will build half tank if not full tank and will have a half decent enough team to make her not die easily. Sit in the back and spam heals. Make champs be able to 1v3 1v4 1v5. Might as well make her W an invincibility ability. No items work to reduce her healing anymore. Riot, you're making this game so unenjoyable. Season 6 is the worst season i've ever played. Welcome to the season of pick zed/raka/tahm/nautilus/fizz and win every game
