I don't feel bad for CertainlyT anymore.

I've been through every single CT champ release and at first I felt bad for him because of all the hate and personal attacks that get leveled at him. I feel Riot's entire design and playtesting teams fail to reign him in, oppose his frustrating, bad decisions. After Zoe though I feel no sympathy. He's had a million opportunities to learn and grow as a designer. To reign in his excesses and have some moments of introspection.

Zoe truly is the tipping point in frustration.

It will NEVER feel good to have Zoe getting free summoner spells and item actives all game.

It will NEVER feel good to fight vs a good Zoe in the jungle because she can abuse walls and choke points with E.

It will NEVER feel good to watch a good Zoe sit miles back or behind a wall and make no tradeoffs. If anything being further away just makes her more powerful.

Even if she's nerfed into the ground she will remain one of the worst champions to play against. Keep the personal attacks to a minimum but make it clear:

WE DO NOT WANT ANOTHER CHAMPION LIKE THIS EVER AGAIN.
