My favourite mage rework is Veigar

I was scared the ult changes would remove his ability to do crap early and still do well late against APs but NOPE! His ult is STRONGER now! Also his new passive didnt really do much for me until i got into some fights. After that i got a ton of AP. Good job Rito atleast one mage isn't god awful after reworks. Haven't actually seen what most others are like though
