Lee can't use his Q or W while snared. He can't even use the W on himself.

Also, there are slower skillshots than Morg's Q.

If you're running away you're doing it wrong, Morgana can push lanes out safely and shut down pretty much any aggression. In team fights she is one of the best champions for making picks because of the long range and duration of Q.

On a serious note though. Morgana is one of the most terrifying supports. I pray for you soul the day you face a good one bot lane. Just ff @ 20....

In all truth I can see how you could feel this way, but Morgana really does a lot of damage, much more than people give her credit for, and can shut down a lot of the meta mid and top laners. Making rivens mad is one of the most fun things to do because your cheese is better thna her cheese.

Lol, Morgana has one of the highest total damage combos. Press R, and as it's about to pop puddle then as stun is ending nail them down for another 3 seconds with Q. Most midlane straight up die from that. Meanwhile Morgana soaks their all in with her Black Shield, Spell Vamp, and close to the top of the pile for base stats out of the mages.
