Why have so mach trollers and feedars in this game

OMG i will kill me self every day i lost games from 10 games 1 win 9 lost becous of the feedars and trollers they just enter the game and start to feed and destroing the other people game and you say you will report them they say (HAHAHA I DON'T GIVA A FUCK RIOT WILL DO NOTHING) and they continue to feed more and more i hope RIOT to do something id to put new punnishemt ssytem for this people to be instant or something like this becous this game will be destroid verry soon
