Garen's currently Ccourage passive is bored

its huge nerf... anyhow i tried new passive in first game of garen... its pretty bored... i already maximum my E in about 17-20 mins...

you, riot, need to be more creative...

if you remove limit then it would be tresh's passive... we dont want that... if you rollback to old passive, then its still bored....

what should you do with this W? i highly recommend it to be replacing with something that relate to nearby allies...

if you guys want to keep this current passive then i suggest to change value and make it buff nearby like janna's or zilean's aura... something like this

keep passive... 30 is too low anyway... maybe maximum 10 ar/mr per 10 min aka max 50 ar/mr at after 50 mins)

ACTIVE: Garen calls a morale of courage to nearby allies (exclude himself) to reduces incoming damage by 10/20/30/40/50% for 4/3.75/3.5/3.25/3 seconds. (buff teamfight) ACTIVE: Garen reduces incoming damage by 5/10/15/20/25% for a 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. (lane and teamfight)

you guys can lower if too strong... well feel free to suggest or add... the currently passive need to be improving and creativity
