Change Akali for the Better

To be frank, I still think Akali is broken, but it's not really for any of the common reasons: I think her W and E are fine, along with her R. My issue is her Q and passive.

The fact is that if you are a melee laner, you cannot CS level 1 vs Akali. You probably can't CS level 2 either, and CSing level 3 means you might die as well. Because her Q and Passive are idiotically broken. Please remove the slow from her Q and MS from passive. Why?

She is high risk high reward. She has a lot of dashes, but I have no problem with that to be honest. I have an issue when an assassin (who is melee btw) is able to attack me from range, slow me, then attack me more to prevent me from escaping and then kills me. If Akali is to be high risk/high reward, she needs to have to fight in melee range. I would just like to see a removal of the MS on her Passive and the slow on Q, and I think she would be pretty much balanced.
