make surrender not take 4 people

When 3 out of 5 people want to surrender, that is the majority. 2 out of is not. When you are beaten without a chance of coming back ( I know some people think that you can ALWAYS come back ) and you want to just surrender instead of letting the other team continue to cream you in team fights and keep the game going just to death match, or you haven't won a single team fight but the game being over is a long way off, or whatever reason, most of the time there is one person who doesn't want to quit and someone who simply doesn't vote but 3 people have accepted defeat. It's very annoying to sit in front of a screen watching yourself die time and time again only to finally lose an hour later. Grant it i understand this is part of the game and you don't get better by quitting just because you are behind or because you are not as good as the other players in said game. This does not change the fact that some games you simply can't win. These are the times I just say hey let's just lick our wounds, cut our losses and accept defeat. I don't want to sit there playing a game lasting an hr and a half just because 2 people are delusional while everyone else wants it to be over.
