Anyone know when the next round of patches come out?

Don't really want to download the PBE, but am very curious about some of the changes i hear are in the works. Play me a lot of Sona, and want to see how the purposed changes to the support item lines, the changes to Aery, and changes to some champions mana costs (those who used Aery most).
