Everything needs to be nerfed.

Before you downvote, hear me out:

ADCs should have the stats and cost of their items dropped by about 10-15%.

#Their early games have only been getting stronger and stronger. The potency of their late game is not justified anymore.

Dropping the stats/cost of their itemization would make them more powerful mid-game, but would make late game less absurd, forcing their team to play around them again, like in earlier seasons.

Currently there is no way to outplay an ADC late game. Not positioning, not outmaneuvering....you just lose if you don't instantly kill them after initiation. And assassins can no longer instantly kill them.

After ADCs get hit, mages can be looked at next, since their combination of safety, utility, and damage these days is about as unreasonable as ADCs, though they need much less of a hit, and most of it would be champion-specific.

Due to the lower AP recently, base damage could be adjusted alongside AP scaling; either up or down depending on a given champion's patterns. In addition, more itemization added for specific intentions, along with utility options that opt out of damage.

#Mages need to be moved away from the "Rush the 2 best damage items at any given time" thing. Itemization with a wider coverage of use would solve a lot of this.

Finally, tanks/juggernauts could have their base damages lowered, but their scaling buffed, much like mages, so they have the option to opt into more damage, but at the cost of tankiness.

Tanks/divers/juggernauts, etc have the widest array of options, but many of them feel too weak unless you're unreasonably far ahead. Bringing damage down across the board (as described above) would make their itemization feel better without actually buffing them, especially since their damage would take a hit as well unless they opt into it and out of defense.

#Opting out of either defense or offense would feel drastically better, since there is overall less damage being done in the game. You feel better about your tankiness, and you feel less punished for your offensive itemization as a melee.

Assassins in general would benefit from lower damage across the board, since their patterns would be much more usable, along with their damage being more meaningful without becoming overloaded.

Supports could retain something around their current status so they feel a bit more meaningful relative to other positions.

_P.S. Just a balance shit-post because I'm bored and damage is out of line in this game. _
