Ranked Provisionals

I think initial ranked division placement should be determined by a randomized, multiple choice IQ, strategic capabilities and game knowledge exam, whereupon you are tested on teamwork and mechanical skill with other people within your percentile. It would need to lock you out of the rest of your computer while active, be timed, and cannot be paused.

For giggles, age and personality should be factored in as well.
