Fizz Mid Lane

So I just recently played a match as Fizz, where I went 17/4/7 with 4 honors from my team (lol idk how I had all muted for safety from my sometimes toxic self) . I want to know if I should take Fizz to ranked, if he is easy and if I mained him for a while it will be rewarding. I also want an idea of how much CS at how many minutes, so if you could include that that would be great! I hope you can teach me da wae of da phish mon and get me the hell outta silver!!!
