Both of these champions are very niche, Wukong sucks at that niche, and is Volibear even a fucking champion at this point?

Volibear is a monstrous champ right now.. Now sure what you're doing wrong with him, but he's very very strong.

Its sad that they wont rework wukong because of china and alot of times I forget voli is in the game so in my opinion no he is not a champion.

Voi does not need a real rework. Maybe a bit like Nunu... or even less. Volis Ult is kinda boring.
